I agree that the difference in how this "protest" was handled compared to other protests is extremely gross. And it's pretty ridiculous to see this utter failure in security, compared to what we know is available based on what we've seen in the past few months.It is funny how other kinds of protests get such expansive over watch though. This was a failure of planning at the very least. A lot of footage from today points to things possibly worse than bad coordination. We've known we've been dealing with a cult for years now, they've been as upfront with their schedule as sharing their butthurt. There's really no excuse for the lack of preparation. If this admin can transfer personnel to act as anonymous kidnappers to secure West Coast streets from protestors, surely we can get a bare minimum of legitimate and effective security for the inner most space of our capital.
