From what I've read VX is not easy to destroy. It takes a LOT of heat to burn it up they may just have to run it through a nuclear reactor or something similar to get rid of it.

Sounds like a safe plan

VX is pretty evil stuff. They are incinerating our stocks down in Alabama, from what I remember.

Biggest pet peeve from the series 24 was when they used nerve gas, and the people only used gas masks to protect themselves. Excuse me, but nerve gas works through skin contact, not inhalation (though it'll do just fine if you inhale it!). Plus, you won't blister or anything like that when you are in contact with it -- you'll start violently convulsing, lose control of your bowels, and possibly break your own back before expiring. Like I said, evil stuff!

No, the difference is tequila usually leaves some survivors.

They just wish they were dead.

I used to drive by the Umatilla Chemical Weapons Depot in WA. It's wierd to see all these half buried chemical bunkers. What's really wierd is the emergency evacuation plans in place. What a joke? If this stuff escapes, you're toast. Colorless, odorless chemical weapons, very bad news.

Yeah, but i dont have time to google it right now

In the time it took you to post that you could have googled it. Both of you are lazy.

Wikipedia
Death can be avoided if the appropriate antidote is injected immediately after exposure. The most commonly used antidote is atropine and pralidoxime which is issued for military personnel in the form of an autoinjector. Standard chemical agent resistance pills are also effective. Atropine works by binding and blocking a subset of acetylcholine receptors (known as muscarinic acetylcholine receptor, mAchR), so that the build up of acetylcholine produced by loss of the acetylcholinesterase function can no longer affect their target. This prevents involuntary muscle actions so that muscles like the diaphragm are not in constant contraction. The injection of pralidoxime regenerates bound acetylcholinesterase.

Didn't YOU see The Rock? It's non-operational, and they know it.

[We are dealing with one smart S.O.B.]
