US Customs... Federal Laws vs. State Laws

I recently ordered something that may be considered unlawful to possess under California law. I was curious if customs decide to inspect it, if it would be subject to seizure.

The item is legal under federal law, but may not be under California state law.

Anyone know?

I'd think they would deliver it to you and arrest you when you accept it.

Are you positive the item is not legal in california?

if its illegal to own in your state and they find out itll be confiscated and you wont get a refund.

or they may deliver it wheres you sign for it youll be arrested and charged with importation of a illegal item.

i sure hope its not weapon related

It's part of a gambiling machine. It's non functional as it's only the electronics/video display part. No where to insert tokens or coins.
