POW status does not exclude desertion per USMCJ.

If actions/statements can not be used to form an opinion; then you are also being a hypocrite in labeling someone a troll without a proper trial by the authorities.

Are you done? Care to add anything, anything of actual value? I've said, the Military doesn't say he is a deserter, he was a POW. Can you dispute that?

As to trolls, I don't think that trolling is a crime under local, state or federal laws, so there is no trial. But if you read posters ilke outhouse and others, you will see which are trolls.

Have you noticed he has refused to actually post at all since I showed how wrong he was? If he really thought he was right, he would defend his position. But since we both know he was just trolling, we both know there is no way to defend his post, so he bailed out. That is the usual MO for trolls. Look at Fern, he still claims they were terrorists, and has refused to show proof of that as well. Just lie lie lie, and then refuse to admit you lied. Typical.

It's a pity that posters don't have to provide evidence for their posts when they claim things as facts. It would eliminate a ton of trolling.

U.S. soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who was held captive by the Taliban for five years, appeared smiling alongside a commander from the militant Haqqani network in a photo posted on a Twitter account by a supporter of the Afghan Taliban.

On Friday, the Taliban confirmed the photo had been taken with them while Bergdahl was in captivity.

I actually looked at that photo and I feel dirty giving filth like Newsmax a page hit, and I that looks a whole lot like someone who will get the butt of a rifle in his kidneys if he doesn't smile. Then again, I don't think Bergdahl should get a bullet in his head simply out of spite, so I can see why some people want to see him grinning for joy.
