Purchased VXI Parrott Aruba USB Headset, planning to make PC to Phone internet calls...can't get headset to work...VXI rep said was a conflict with SBLive...but USB headset doesn't use soundcard...emailed Creative Labs / no response in 4 days...anyone know how to solve this.. have Win 98 SE...Coppermine@ 900mhz, GeForce 2 GTS, Abit BH-6 MB...thanks for any help...

I think, but am not sure, that you have to go into your Modem properties and change the settings so it uses the headset? There should be documentation with the headset on how to do all this stuff. These settings may also be in the Multimedia folder in Control Panel. Sorry, can't remember exactly.... Can you find the headset in your device manager?
