Does buy.com let you use the $10 off 30 for new customers, and the $30 of 150? Let's say, I buy that valueram and use the $10 off, can I buy something else the next day and use the $30 off?
As for the business address with the $30 off, do they check if you use 2 credit cards to buy different things and ship them to the same business address?
