Some stores will take them off your hands - Best Buy's have a section at the front of the store for dropping off old cell phones. This is free so you won't make money, but it's no hassle at all.
You can try calling around to local cell phone stores - independent cell phone repair stores will often buy used phones. There's some guys here in the small town that I'm in who buy used phones.
Craiglist.
Do a FS/FT thread and just lump them all together and tell the people that it's all or nothing.
If you just want them gone, take them to Best Buy. If you want them gone and to make some money, then lump them together as a group and ask something low for them. Like "$50 for these phones" and stick it on Craigslist. If you want to make more money, manage them individually, look up prices on Ebay and price them all one by one and sell them in FS/FT here or on Ebay. The more hassle it is, the more money you'll likely make.
