I don't have enough experience to deal with this problem. In my Computer Management\System Tools\Application I have several warnings on the Source Userenv. What is this, and how do I take care of this probelm? I have run Jv16 Registry Cleaner and it doesn't show this. My bootup is real slow.

Doesn't look bad, just a few items. You have a slow boot process, so killing stuff from startup is important and make sure O&O is not set to defrag at boottime. Also, make sure MS Antispyware nor Norton AV is set to scan at startup.

To Control Startup, download Startup Control Panel (google it). Much better than MSCONFIG for killing startup garbage. Clean your system with CCleaner (google it).

Hijackthis log suggestions:

pctspk.exe - Do you use dialup? If not, then kill this.

Trash this program IMO - propelac.exe is a process associated with Propel Accelerator from Propel Software. It is an Internet accelerator application, generally garbage IMO.

Do you really need this? IAM.exe is a process associated with the Internet Answering Machine application from CallWave. It monitors your incoming phonecalls while you are connected to the internet using the same phoneline.

Incredimail Malware: C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\bin\IMApp.exe Remove it using add/rem programs.

I'd kill ALL of these on my PC or if I was working on yours:
