Username, Pin, Password Security Software for PDA's?

If you all are like me you probably have about a hundred websites your registered on, some with the same username and password, but some with unique names, passwords, and PIN's. It's frustrating as all get out to try and keep track of them all!!

What I need to know is if there is a safe, reliable software program available for my home PC and PDA that I can keep all this info in one spot with? I'm more concerned with having it on my Pocket PC (Toshiba e310) so that I can use it at work, on the road, etc. It would be great if it installed on both my home and pocket PC (and they would sync) but it's not mandatory.

Any helpers out there?? Thanks!

How is MS Access secure? Yes, one of the problems is keeping track of all the accounts and numbers but I could do that in a Word document if that's all I wanted to do. However, I want to enter it into something that is secure and has sometype of additional protection. I did a general search on Yahoo and came up with a number of hits on programs but I have no idea which one would be better than the next.
