If it turns out to be a "logical" issue you are usually looking at around the same pricing dell was going to charge, the difference is that IF it needs to be escalated to something higher, we arn't just going to give up and throw out your data.
If I diagnose it, and it turns out to be a mechanical issue, or something serious; you will get a quote, and if you decide it's too expensive, thats fine. We ship it back and you don't owe anything!
