USPS Completely lost my netflix DVDs

Got this in the mail

The closest option under "report problem" is "I received a mailer without a DVD in it ", is that the proper one? Do I need to drop these in an envelope and mail em or something?

Not too many months ago there was a story where I mailman was watched and then caught after stealing hundreds of movies that were on his route.

Yeh I wasn't sure if that option was referring to getting the whole package but that just didnt get a dvd inserted or for stuff like this

That sucks though. Has anyone else noticed the mailers are really defective lately? They're not glued right, and half the time the flap that with the sticky part (that you remove the strip to seal the mailer to send back to them) tears off. I assume someone's cutting costs, not that it matters as long as I can get it sent back to them properly.
