USPS Completely lost my netflix DVDs

I didnt even get my last movie. It never showed up and then I got the email stating it has been returned lol

At least the theif was nice enough to return it.

You received the removable cover that has your address on it. It must have come off the dvds sometime during shipping. What that means is that USPS allowed the part of the packages that had your address on it to go to you, and sent the other part to the address on it, which was "Nearest Netflix facility". Keep checking your netflix account and you'll see that netflix receives the movies right back within a day or so.

I had that happen, and then somehow it appeared in my mailbox shortly after. I already had a different movie so I got kind of a freebie rental that time.

well the last time i used netflix they dont give u a hassle about lost dvd's in the mail as long as you report them immediately.

No, I've reported a couple missing and they just send you the next (or same one again if you need it).

The closest option under "report problem" is "I received a mailer without a DVD in it ", is that the proper one? Do I need to drop these in an envelope and mail em or something?

Slitherydee had it right. UPS found em and shipped back to netflix for me, didn't have to report anything. Just had to re-add the movies to my queue
