How "easy" is it for an actual illegal to even GET a #SS, welfare, insurance, benefits etc...how the fuck would you get those things being illegal?

I know many legal immigrants who are also hard workers, own homes, pay their taxes and don't milk* the system. Many are spouses/step children of American citizens and others that had to wait 5 to 7 years to get their immigrant visas via the visa lottery. Spouses/step children visa wait times are 1.5 to 2 years.

* They had to prove they could support themselves as part of the immigrant visa process. If at any time should they require government assistance their immigrant visa would be nullified and they would be deported.

US employers have to fill out paperwork and provide documentation that new hires are legal residents. I assume she could use forged documents, but after going public, I would think that would lead to her incarceration for fraud.
