Van Wilder DVD

Anyone check this out? I rented it yesterday... best DVD menu's ever Rent it, you'll understand what I'm talking about As for the movie, it had some funny moments, nothing special though. The "Tash" character was good.

Taj was awesome, i agree. The dog scene was a little too much...one of the few movies to give me a gag reflex! any dvd that uses boobs as menus has worth buying! I thought it had a lot of good one liners. My only complaint about the movie was Tara Reid.. :disgust:

the guy who played taj is a friend of a friend of mine from ucla. he's a good actor but unfortunately is kind of psycho in real life.

I pre-ordered the movie before I even saw it, and BB said they shipped it. Im gonna check my PO box today and see if I got it. Someone on dvdtalk.com also mentioned that the DVD menus and easter eggs for this DVD are worth the price of the DVD alone, even if you hate the movie.

DVD menus are cool. The movie, however, was pretty god awful. Tara Reid is one horrible actress. She is so bad in this movie it's almost funny. The writing in this thing was pitiful. Van Wilder the character was one bland character with zero charisma.

I thought Tara was only good for looking hot and whispering her lines in her raspy voice. Van actually had charisma, but didn't help save the movie that much. Wasn't very inspired writing, IMO.

I can't stand her for some reason...she's too fake. I think she's a decent actress, and her eyes are cool, but i would never call her hot.

Yeah Tara Reid looks like she has a lot of miles on her for some reason. And that voice... I wonder if she's been smoking since she was 9 or something.

Van Wilder, whoever the actor was, was pretty convincing I thought.
