So I'm able to log on and view/do whatever I want. I even set up an "automatic investment" schedule for my IRA account.
When I click thru to do the same thing on my taxable mutual fund account, it offers me to use the same bank account, but wants me to print out 3 pages that have boxes all ticked & bar coded. Might make sense if they made me do the same thing with my IRA fund, but I recall doing it *all* online when I did it for my IRA.
It says something about a "Signature Guarantee". (The only writing I have to do is signing the sheets that print out)
Does it have something to do w/ taxable vs. IRA??? I guess I just don't get it. They even have my bank account on file & allow me to select it as the source of funds. Why the heck can't it just be done online????
Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!! :|
TIA if anybody knows why or has gone thru the same. :frown:
