You must have patience while doing this. It may take you a couple hours but once you get the hang of it its pretty easy.

Picked up a black kit and 6 green 3-pin connecter replacements, USPS standard was only $5.75. Good enough for me.

Don't know about these kits- I just ordered a similar kit from cyberguys.com. Theirs come with color-matched heat shrink tubings to cover the ends with (after you've used the cable ties on them). Looks pretty nice, and they have a good selection of colors including chrome.

You've done a few, then? I just replaced all the molexes with black ones, then picked up a new Sonata, so now I've got to take the black molexes off and put them on the new PSU, and figured I'd go ahead and sleeve it while I had the wiring taken apart. It doesn't look difficult, but I was wondering what you used to remove the 4-pin 12v header plug and 6-pin plug. FrozenCPU wants $25 for the ATX/4-pin plug pin tool, and that's just a bit much for something I'm not going to use regularly. SVC has a molex pin extractor for $7 or $8, which I already picked up when I got the black molex plugs, but there's GOT to be a better solution for the ATX/4-pin and 6-pin plugs!

Yup, I've done two of them. I just did the 4 pin normal molexes though, sorry I don't have any advice for you.

Ive heard someone say a ball point pen ink cartiridge fits right over the pins. pushes the "little wings" right in.

That's what I use to remove the molex pins. Directron sells them for 9.99 as well. I think $5 ship and they do ship extremely SLOW.
