VB6 Text_Change() .. UCase ???

Hello,

Doing some exercises.
Have a textbox. The letters entered into it have to be Capital letters.
I use the UCase(txtText1.Text) and then when you enter the letters
into the textbox they come in the "wrong" order. If I type A and then
want to add B to make AB it comes out BA. How do I get around this.
Is there a neat simple way of doing it..?

cant you just sent the options of the text box to input capital letters under the Font option

If that doesn't work you can try to use the StrReverse(string) function to reverse the string back.

Hi again

This little program is supposed to do capital letters without the
users intervention. "silly little exercise" but you always learn something
and that's what it's for.
Using the strReverse() function, I 've tried it and I can't get it to work.
Looked up the MSDN to get some idea of how to use it, but it didn't say
much.
The thing is though, that the letters are supposed to come in the order
from left to right as you type, not changing the order afterwards.
There is a way to do this, but I'm a bit lazy and I thought that there
would be an easy and elegant way of doing this little exercise.

Text1.SelStart = Len(Text1.Text)
Text1.Text = UCase(Text1.Text)

A little FYI, use the UCase$() function for string data, it's much faster, but it really shouldn't matter for user input.
