Hah.. thanks for the fugly review. I bought this last week and just got it yesterday. Haven't actually listened but I'll report back. Actually looks decent in person. Glossy silver finish. Would look bad with a black system I suppose, but all my stuff is cherry. It's also not extremely visible.
