First...for those in Hawaii, RUN...don't walk to your local OM for 50pks of Verbatim 16x DVDs for $9.99! I seriously suspect that this is a price error (the 100 packs are advertised for $32.99 in the same ad). Our ads in Hawaii are typically 1-2 weeks behind the continental U.S., but there may be other markets that are running the same ad this week. 9/2 OM Hawaii ad here
Online, the 50pks are $14.99 and the 100pks are $22.99, (link here, scroll down for -R / +R ) Hawaii residents get to pay a surcharge and outrageous shipping that kills the 100pk deal, but you may be able to get low or free shipping depending on your location.
Oh...btw, these are the new package Verbatims (as shown in the ad), Made in Taiwan and the media codes are:
MCC 03RG20 - DVD-R
MCC 004 - DVD+R
I got 4 packs already...right place / right time.
