Verdict In: Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter

That is exactly what I perdicted earlier today, I am amazed as I am rarely good at perdicting.

Reasons for it:

1)It was self defense
2)He didn't (or the prosection didn't prove) that he meant to kill him.
3)However he did kill him

=)Therefore he shoudl get manslaughter except due to the fact that he shouldn't have gone back in and gone to the same situation he should be punished and he didn kill him even if it is accidental.

It is justice, I watched the trial and the facts arn't what the Media painted them to be.

Old Gus forgave Junta ... probably has something to do with the fact that Gus himself was charged with Manslaughter in the death of his son a few years back. Supposedly ran at him with a knife, yada yada.

I don't believe he intended to kill the coach; but I also don't believe a 2 or 3 year sentence will do justice. He ought to be put away for at least 20.

How do you figure beating someones head into the ground as he lay motionless to be self defense? The verdict should have been voluntary manslaughter, although i think voluntary manslaughter is an oxy moron. I think second degree murder would have been just. but like you said we all have our own opinions, then again you are a moron...

This is why we have juries?? are you kiding me?? jurors are idiots, thats fact. why are they idiots? well because they get paid virtually nothing for being there, and if you have any kind of smarts or any kind of descent job theres no way in hell youll serve on a jury, youll get out of it for sure. hence, only idiots serve. furthermore attorneys dont want smart people on the jury, they want people who will believe the crap theyll be spewing all trial. if your an engineer and you want to serve, theres a 99% chance youll be the first one to get excused. there need to be professional jurors, period.

No he wasn't...a civil court found him guilty....which makes absolutely no sense


criminal court finds you innocent, civil court finds you guilty..shouldn't this be a violation of your rights, ala double jeopardy?
