I have been useing the phone about 2 weeks now and with the extended battery it been working out great.

Heck, screw Radio Shack. I just went to a Chinese cell store in San Fran. They had the phone for $18 AR. 2-year contract though.

Its $80 at any verizon store, or on verizonwireless.com after rebate with a 2 year contract.. I picked it up yesterday.

I already have Verizon service, and my one year contract is up in April, so there's NO WAY I'm plunking down $175.00, getting suckered into a TWO year contract, and then having to wait four months for them to send me my $100.00 back. That's not a hot deal at all.

Hey guys, I just got back from the Verizon store with my girlfriend and I hooked her up with the T720 for around $8! All I told the Verizon salesperson was that I was on my way to T-Mobile to sign up with them because they had the T720 for free with plan. The saleslady then told us that she would only charge us $79 plus tax on the retail price, which was $350. The total was $108 and change out the door and after we send in the $100 rebate with her old phone the amount that we end up paying is $8!

The only bad thing is that she is locked into a 2 year contract but, it's not so bad since she's been with them for over 6 years now.

Hmmm, how can she possibly charge you sales tax on $350.00, when you only spent $79.00? There is no possible way that is legal whatsoever.

I've heard it being done to other people before. It should be legit, it wat at an actual Verizon store. Emeryville, CA to be exact. I can give you the name of the salesperson too if you want.

You can get this phone for -20$ if you qualify for new every two. I'm debating doing that, but I think I might switch to T-mobile. Verizon coverage SUCKS where I live.

I got this phone mid january it was 199.99 with 100.00 rebate.
can someone point me to something showing this for 149.00
so I can get a price adjustment. Web site showing it at 299.00

Sweet phone but battery life is very short.
