I'm in need of an inexpensive way to hook a home theatre PC to my TV. My mobo is an older Intel IN810 with no AGP slot. The case I have only has room for low profile PCI cards. I've run across a few cards that would work but I'd like to be able to boot to the TV without having a clunky monitor taking up space. I've been looking at VGA to NTSC/PAL converters, specifically the "Startech VGA2NTSC Vid Converter". I have 0 experience using these devices. Are these a viable replacement for a video card with TV-Out? Any information/links to reviews would be greatly appreciated.
