I finally got some answers. They said that it was out of stock but they are getting a special shipment to fill orders. It was kind of ambiguous whether or not the outstanding orders are still valid.

Just wanted to let you guys know that USPS attempted to deliver mine today while I was at work. Will be picking it up tomorrow, the only thing I'm concerned about is that it may have been misadvertised...

Called tonite @ 11:00 and spoke to LEO salesperson number 202 ext. 1057, the guy wasn't too helpful, but what he told me is that they are back ordered and they don't know if they will get any more in . I placed my order fairly quickly too, about 9:00 pm est on Saturday. I would be interested to know how far back on the list I am. Anyone order around the same time I did and get a shipping confirmation???

I ordered my 3 on Saturday night at around 9pm. On TUESDAY
they emailed me and told me I could only have 2 and that NONE
would ship until I emailed them back and OK'd that. I emailed
back and said OK, and then got the reply that they might be out
of stock and that they'd be special ordering more just to fill
prior orders (e.g. mine).

Basically, it looks like the only people who got theirs already
are those who ordered <= 2, and whose orders then went through
without a snag.

Sorry about the belated reply...no, I never received shipping confirmation from J &amp; R. I had ordered as a guest, so I had no way to check the order status online. And to be honest, I was so skeptical of the deal that I never expected it to ship. Funny that I live out in the middle of BFE yet USPS was attempting delivery before anyone else had received their's. Fingers crossed that it's the right card

I placed my order Sunday morning around 2:00 A.M. One thing that was odd, the charge on my CC only appeared as being reserved until today when the unit was actually delivered.

I got my 2 units today. It said WinTV-D model 697 on the box. I think I ordered it sometimes on Monday when it already out of stock. Neither confirmation nor shipping info whatsoever. Not even CC charged as such yet. Well, I think $25 for 2nd day FedEx definitely paid off for me this time.

sygyzy, i agree,, i originated this post, and after marsch posted the wintv deal i ordered within mintues, yet no confirmation.. when i called on monday the CSR said it was ready to ship that day.. same thing on tuesday and when i called on today CSR said its backordered but theyre getting shipment..whats up with that? shouldnt it be , by whoever ordered first . not shipping method

This could get ugly. I also one ordered early (Sat eve) just after it was posted. If my Utah neighbor got two by ordering after they were listed as sold out simply because of the shipping method....Grrrrrr. If first come first serve doesn?t happen I will be pi$$ed.

Ordered early Sunday morning (1:00AM). Never received any confirmation, but received it today (Ohio). I use cable and cable modem. I cannot get it to work yet. If you have similar setup and get it to work, please post.

It's working now with cable although the video is kind of grainy. So, you're saying I'm really using analog part of it. Do I get better quality with antenna?
