I've been looking long and hard and still have not found a program that can help my situation. I have videos in mpeg2 format that I need to include a running time into the videos. I need to be able to include this at any point in the video and end the time at the any point and keep the file in mpeg2. My current Dazzle DVC II that I use for converting vhs and 8mm tapes to mpeg2 doesn't support any function like this. I have tried searching vcdhelp.com and have turned up nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks.
