I watched the last animal rights/anti-fur video posted, and I felt like sh!t for the rest of the day... not even gonna watch this one...

I don't like Peta, but I think that when things like this are happening, people have a right to know. I find Peta to be pretty ridiculous actually, have any of you seen the Penn and Teller video on Peta?

i saw a video in an animal science class last spring. the animals aren't hung upside down and cut while alive. they have an electrical charge shot into their brain at a quick rate and it knocks them out. then their necks are slit. THEN they are hung upside down from their leg, where they actual die from bleeding to death. and while hung upside down, they also have an electrical charge shot through them again about 5 times which helps the blood drain out of their body.

it was a tough video to watch for me because i love animals, but honestly the animals aren't in any pain during this process at all.

I really doubt that happened in a Western country. And I'm gonna go on buying animal products and meat as I please. But staying alive while being skinned is pretty brutal.

those people are idiots.... pretty plain and simple in my book.... i am sure alot of you have seen the white seals beat in the head for their fur coats... that was awhile back when i saw that on tv of all places... yeah, lets beat a baby seal in the head until it dies for it's fur... makes alot of since... stupid people... sry, but that's the way i feel about it....

Possibly because you can skin less of them in a given time period. Who knows?
