as for someone questioning about the taser being single shot; yes those cartridges are single fire capability, then it falls back to old fashion contact taser and that is PAIN COMPLIANCE!! Much more painful then being shot with the barbs and getting tased in that fashion. Getting shot with the taser causes little pain but intense loss of muscle control. Even pulling the barbs our is fairly painless due to the area being numb (you can see her in the video removing the barbs). But his body camera also showed him placing a fresh cartridge on the taser so he could use it at a distance again.
