I've been calling or checking in on AIM with everyone I can think of. The school says they won't release the names of those killed/injured until tomorrow at the earliest.

Many thanks to the AT community for their concern. Keep your thoughts and prayers with everyone affected by this.

Sorry, but I don't understand the point of this thread. Unless you have a roster of all ATOT VT students, what does this accomplish/

There are a lot of members here that know many of the VT folks. Plus, I am sure there are plenty of VT folks that haven't been able to contact some of the people they know here and vice-versa.

If you know any parents that plan to go to Va Tech, have them contact the office of the school?s dean of students before making there arrangements. Delta Air Lines is working on help for free transportation for immediate family and has aircraft available as needed.

Many students rely solely on Internet access from school and they have been cut off from that access now.

There are 26,000 people associated with this school alone many of which post here on AT as pointed out.

He has a point in that we don't know who is unaccounted for. It would be helpful if you compiled a list of those who attend VT, not necessarily just those who are accounted for. I'm not of much help because I don't have those names for you but maybe someone else can contribute.

I heard Erin Sheehan's interview on TV (girl who pretended to be dead in the classroom)--most of those killed were in a German class in Norris. Out of 25 kids in that class, only 4 made it out on their own.

She said the shooter was Asian and that he had an ammo vest.

It's pretty scary now that I think about it...when Norris was happening I was in a class in Hancock 100, the big lecture hall. If the guy had decided to walk 30 more yards....damn
