More details: The OneTouch v3.0 works OK, but when I go through Paperport to Twain and click on Preview or Scan, the following error message comes up. "Please verify you have unlocked the scanner hardware. The lock is located etc." I verify the scanner is unlocked, slide the lock back and forth, then hit OK and then the software refuses to scan or preview. I can then go immediatly to OneTouch and it scans without a hitch.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software as well as the hardware, but the problem remains. (Windows 2000)
Any ideas as to what the problem is and how to fix it?
