What I mean was they did not give me the gift card NOT that they did not allow me to apply the gift card.

what is this deal referred to no power play working? i have a sapphire and modded the firmware for the fan issue, but the clocks were slower for 2d work already. i ended up changing them too a bit slower and gpu-z shows the slow clocks when just using windows....care to explain?
