i know the GF4 is coming this week, maybe they are reducing them to get rid og them quick, like 100 with a 50 rebate??

This is not a deal, then. If it is something that someone else can take advantage of, then it would be a deal. Even if it is clearance that is only available in small group of stores or even one store, the only reason for posting a deal is to help someone else. Without details that would help someone else get on the deal, your post was not helpful to anybody and belongs in Brag and Moan thread.

Oh please. If you posted something as lame as this, you deserved to be flamed. I don't think it matters whether it's a local deal or regional/national. If he couldn't be bothered to take an extra 30 seconds to let us know the deal is probably only at one specific location, then it just seems that he's trying to waste people's time more than he is trying to help. The people you see posting responses are a small portion of those that were trying to figure out the deal, and probably some of them made trips to their local store, just because he couldn't add some details. All he had to do was add those two little sentences from his second post: "For your information this was on the clearance table and they had like a lot more video cards there. It was in an LA bb store" and he could have actually helped people rather than wasting their time.

First, from what I have read, the GF4 is not as good as the GF3... but that is based on stats that I read somewhere, so I don't know why they would lower the price on GF3... that is my opinion.

I got my black friday Xtasy GF3 TI200 rebate yesterday. For this rebate only, if you have waited the 8 weeks or whatever the rebate said, then tell them it has been like 10 weeks, and you don't want to wait any longer, and the guy just said "It'll be in the mail tomorrow", and 2 days later, here it was!!
