Is this company decent? Has anyone bought from them before?
That seems to be the biggest issue here. We know the cards will rock.

I'm waiting on the Geforce ti 4200 64mb if u ask me.... it seems to do better in bench mark scores except when it comes to AA.

Once you overclock the 128MB to 64MB speed you'll be better off.

What annoys me is that they have all these GPUs and all made. These are just ones that couldn't quite clock up to the Ti 4600. I know it's a smart business move (to clear out Ti 500s and still sell some 4600 and 4400s), but it annoys me.

Well, it's getting late in April, and I've heard that Nvidia finally put the 4200's up on their website. The only question remaining is: when am I getting my 4200?

Holding back the ti4200 is VERY pointless. Everyone knows they are going to come out, so they won't be buying the ti500's anymore. The earlier they come out, the earlier they will get our money.
And there's really no way to clear out the geforce3 cards anyway. Even the geforce 2 cards aren't cleared out yet.
No point in waiting..

Has anyone checked the pricewatch link on the first page? I did, and NS Technology has it shipping in 2-3 days (both models, 64mb and 128mb). What's up with that? Is it time?

NVIDIA doesn't care about the existing GF3 stock because it has already been sold! It's the distributor's responsibility to unload stock, not NVIDIA's. The 4200 will get released when NVIDIA feels it won't infringe on TI 4400 sales. The price and performance are just too close and 4400 and 4600 just came out.
