Vista Academic Upgrade Edition

I can get the above edition at what is the best price available to me. However, I can only get the 32-bit version whereas I would like to run the 64-bit one, and I was wondering if I can buy this version and use it's key with a 64-bit installation disc.

Does anyone know?
