Indeed, because there isnt. SP2 is almost exclusively a patch roll-up plus some patches that have only been delivered upon request (potentially harmful at the time). The non-fix highlights would be BT 2.1 support, some WLAN related things and support for VIAs Nano processor.
If people feel their system runs faster now, it probably did a good job at unclogging a messy system - added value, cant complain about that!
I've also read comparisons between SP1 and SP2b installation duration - go figure, SP1 replaced vistas (release) code base with the server 2008 code base - that will obviously take longer to install than a patch roll-up.
