Just had a response from ESET Tech Support. Apparently the problem is down to the Anti-Stealth module in NOD32 v4 and they are currently testing a new build of it which fixes the BSOD's - No release date was given but it's going to come down with the normal definition updates rather than a seperate software build

This has to be one of the most low-key SPs in quite some time. It's not a performance SP (Vista SP1) or a bugfix SP (XP SP2) or even a big rollup SP (XP SP3), never mind the fact that Win7 has taken a lot of the light off of Vista. I think the last time I was this unexcited for a SP was Win2K SP3.
