Ok, so you are taking me completely out of context then trying to twist my words into some other thread.

And what's with the dropdown list in the File Save dialog boxes from IE? Instead of clicking on it and getting a nice hierarchial view of directories like in XP, I get a last-used history list of locations. That's bogus UI as far as I'm concerned.
To *briefly* recap my response in the other thread.
1. The heirarchial view is still available.
2. It is a favorites view displayed, not history.
2. You are still using the UI like XP and have failed to leverage your favorites in explorer.
3. The File menu is the long slow way to do this as it is hidden by default. Use the page menu instead.

In this example it's not Vista that's broken it's the user.
LARRY,
You are also singling me out by name when it is completely unnecessary. When I am forced to come over into some thread where I have not chosen to participate just to defend myself
I consider it harrassment.
Let me quote one more thing for you and then I'm done here.
No trolling, flaming or personally attacking members. Deftly attacking ideas and backing up arguments with facts is acceptable and encouraged. Attacking other members personally and purposefully causing trouble with no motive other than to upset the crowd is not allowed.
If you wish to have factual debate, please resume in the other thread. I am not going to stand here and continue to defend myself from this tripe.
