Visual Basic and Flash

as i am doing an project or a rental system....i'll be using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access for developing it.
and i feel that Visual Basic can't really do any good visual effect.........i'm thinking of importing some Macromedia Flash to enhance the interface.

is this able to do?

Yes and no.

You can't "import" Flash into VB in the sense of doing wacky things with VB form controls, but it might be possible to use the Flash form interface and tie that into your middle tier components.
