Vivaldi 2.1 Browser Released!

The stable release of Vivaldi 2.1 has arrived!
Vivaldi 2.1 improves one of Vivaldi’s key features — Quick Commands.

You can now create or search for Notes and adjust UI Zoom level directly in the Quick Commands interface.

Just reinstalled to try again. I'm impressed. It seems to be performing noticeably better than the last time I took it for a test run.

For me Vivaldi always competes with Flashpeak Slimjet as my chrome browser. Lately I've been needing one that's more efficient with watching youtube/twitch on an old laptop. Slimjet has been causing it's fans to kick on with unwanted noise. So far vivaldi has kept the machine silent.
Both browsers offer several nice things over default chrome but vivaldi definitely has the lion's share of customization options.

argh... but I still can't drag bookmark links out of a folder onto the bookmark bar, or rename bookmarks in a folder :/

You can drag from bookmarks folder ie links in folder to main book menu bar and vice versa( one right across monitor screen ), you can rename links in bookmarks folder ie right click on website link in question select "rename."

Weird, working fine for me just tried again, so 3 for 3, maybe you got some other software blocking it, AV maybe?..Try another clean install of Vivaldi.
