A quick summary of the plans you can use this for:
Regional: $25.99/month, 600 US long distance minutes
America Unlimited: $34.99/month, unlimited US long distance
Small Business: $45.99/month, unlimited US long distance


Features:
(I'll just list the interesting ones, of course things like CallerID, etc are included)
Do Not Disturb - tells callers you're busy, gives you the option of letting them bother you anyway or go to voicemail
Telemarketer block - sends a signal to telemarketers that makes their machines hang up
Additional Numbers - many numbers can ring one phone
Multiple Endpoints - one number can ring many phones
Conference Bridge - basically an 800 number that you have your own room # and password for, which you give out to people and have conference calls
Anonymous call rejection - blocks *67 or other unknown caller ID calls, gives you the option of letting them type in their number anyway which will show up on your caller ID and you can pick it up or not

I can't use the coupon myself since I'm already a customer, but it's not one-time use. You just have to put it in during the sign-up procedure and the total is corrected right before finishing the order.

How is VoicePulse better than iConnecthere that costs about 1/3 as much?

Good question... Out of curiosity, I went looking for the answer.

As far as I can tell:
1) ICH doesn't have nearly as many features. I don't think they have any of the ones I listed above.
2) You have to buy the ATA with ICH ($139 up front) unless you want an incoming number, in which case the ATA is included, but the monthly fee is higher.
3) ICH has no plans with unlimited minutes.
4) ICH isn't a plug and play solution in all scenarios. They don't take care of the SIP through NAT issue.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, this was just after 10 minutes of research.
