voltage for cpu and ram

just recieved my replacement for defective parts and put together another xp system
have yet to unlock cpu
but im wondering about voltages for just FSB o/cing

i have xp 1900 soyo kt333 lite
and corsair xms pc 3000 256mb ddr

right now its running pretty cool i have 3 case fans, 2 in back 1 on side, and then one in psu, on mobo, (duh) and then a monster tornado fan over my cpu.
cpu runs at about 34-35 degs celsius right now just running a few IE windows and mIRC.

so for every what increment should i raise how much voltage basically

also im wondering where do you find out / look for to see what stepping your XP is

To find out the stepping, you must look physically at the CPU's core. It'll give a few lines of code, and in the code, is the Stepping.

As far as Core and Memory voltages. Most people rely on what cooling they have, to determine max voltages, for aircooling, most think 1.85 is maximum safe, I use 1.9V because I use a high quality air cooling setup. As for memory, Most people would say 2.7. I find that you can kick up the voltage to 2.8V and still be safe. I use 2.8V. Thats pretty much the "maximum safe" voltage.

If you aren't risky, I'd say these are the highest safe voltages
Vcore - 1.85
VDimm - 2.7

If you've got good cooling...
VCore - 1.9
VDimm - 2.8
