A lot of people would have never thought the Seachickens would be a %500 team but they are and they lost to the Rams as well. Right now Dallas is the team to beat in the NFC, Probably Denver in the AFC, I have to say probably because you can't discount Indy as legit contenders, Luck has been playing at an insane level all season and now the defense is coming around as well, when they face off we will perhaps find out if they can compete with the Broncos.
Luck has always been playing at an insane level. He's goddamn Jesus of the NFL (much offense meant to Tebow).
I feel that Indy has been AFC contenders the last several years because of Luck...and because the AFC has been shit. This year there are better AFC teams out there besides Denver, but this is probably Indy's best year to go for the SB.
The Seachickens have been 500% before and made it deep into the playoffs. Rams are like, 2-4 against them the last 2 seasons--NFC West is effing hard. No worries, really. Here we saw a team come back from a 20 point deficit, on the road, and almost pull it out. They don't lose easily and they will learn from the last two weeks. ....well, Wilson will. He's pretty much the only reason they stay in these games. The defense is hindered by the rules these years, as is the rest of the league, but it looks like they are making adjustments. Of course, everyone is gunning for them now and I honestly think Carroll isn't the coach to prepare them for that type of competition (he's always been a douche and let's be honest--he only ever had to prepare for 1 team/year in the Pac-10...what a fool). anyway...
As for Dallas--clearly the team to beat in the NFC the last 4 weeks. They finally seem to be clicking and I think Deeko has been pleasuring himself over this the last month. Good for him--1 out of 7 years of picks can't be wrong!
Anyway, glad to see Romo finally getting people to perform around him, as much as I FUCKING HATE THE COWBOYS, Romo always gets the stiff end of the criticism, and never any praise for his skills and top 5 clutch status. He really is, despite his 4 career blunders. .....4. He's remembered as a choker for 4 blunders. OK...so the Cowgirls will go 13-3 and Romo fumbles the FG-hold to lose the NFC championship this year. I will say it now. Shit, there goes his career. If only Brady were remembered that way.
