Far more effective then the so called "in person voter impersonation". You know the fraud that produced 31 cases out of 1 billion votes since the year 2000 that voter ID laws can fix. BTW - statistically < 0.

Yet Republicans are focusing on what? Cutting back on early voting the Sunday before an election just because that time is used predominately by black people.
Hundreds of thousands of voter registration forms with incorrect information were mailed out across North Carolina this month, but the forms didn't come from elections officials they came from Americans for Prosperity Foundation, a conservative nonprofit affiliated with the Koch brothers
The mailing tells people to send the form to the wrong agency, and it gives two different deadlines to register to vote.
