You do not have to be a us citizen to obtain a SSAN.

You are wrong and obviously live in a world where your head is stuck where 'the sun don't shine' Please enlighten me how you apply for an SS# or pay taxes to begin with when you are here ILLEGALLY and probably don't want the government finding out that you are here ILLEGALLY.

Taken straight out of ssa.gov... To apply for an SS card you must provide:

Proof of citizenship and identity
To get a Social Security number or a replacement card, you must prove your U.S. citizenship or immigration status, age and identity.

My wife walked into the local SS office in KC and submitted the application for her account and not once did they ask for proof of us ciotizenship. She is a British national, speaks with an english accent, and even spoke to the clerk in person. Still they did not ask if she was a us citizen.

Furthermore, I wouldn't believe a damn thing listed on our .gov websites, because 9 times out of 10, the info you're reading is wrong. Why, because we have so many f*ckheads working in our govt offices that they don't know the difference between their backside and a hole in the ground!

I assume that you actually believe that because a law is written that everyone obeys the law. If so, then why do we need the police?

As for your comment about getting a SS card either you are trolling, lieing, or hopefully thinking like an honest person. I will assume the latter even though your post indicates otherwise.

There is no need for an illegal to apply for an SSN number nor do they. They only have to purchase one from a counterfeiter or purchase a stolen card that has been modified.

From there the card is presented to the prospective employer who, apparently, may not check the validity of the SSN until after the employee has been hired. After hiring there are penalties for firing the individual. That, of course, assumes the employer is actuall honest. Assuming the employer is dishonest they simply pay the wages except for Medicare and Social Security. No federal taxes need be paid.

Now, it may come as a shock to you that someone who has entered the country illegally might actually commit another crime, but trust me, they do.

They pay taxes when Medicare and SS is collected by the employer. If the SS card was stolen the legitimate owner is not likely to notice that extra SS has been paid into their account. If someone at the SS office notices that a bogus card is being used they ask the employer to verify the SSN and name. Usually the employee had "already left" and a "new" employee has taken their place, with a new card. The SS office does not or perhaps is not allowed to report it to the INS.

Other taxes are paid when the illegal alien purchases items at a store that are taxed.


Hopefully, you understand a bit better. Your response will most likely indicate if you were thinking like an honest individual or not.

I agree, both repubs and dems are whoreing themselves out to corp interests, of course thats who both partys represent, not joe citizen. I find irony in the fact that the 80's new wave/punk band DEVO hit it right on the head over 20 years ago predicting the US's de-evolution into a corprate fuedal state.
