VPN Gaming On Android

Alright, as the title states, I am looking for a way to Game over VPN on an android device. In this case, the game in question is Black ops Zombies. I would like, to connect two devices (Galaxy S3 and S4, me and a friend respectively) to a VPN and enter Black ops Zombies and play via WiFi in the game. Is this possible? and if so, what do i do and how do i set it up? I don't want to pay for a VPN though, I'm not that worried, so free is what I'm shooting for. Thanks.

You could probably setup through OpenVPN using your router (assuming you can flash those custom routers firmware like Tomato) Though I'm not sure how much lag that will be.

hmm, sounds like it could be annoying, and to much of a hassle.. if i dont find anything else, i will consider that.
