W32.Opaserv.e.worm HELP!!!

Can anyone shed any light on this for me. I have followed Norton white paper to the T and even flashed my Bios. This damn thing keeps appearing when I connect to the internet.

Just go over here and grab the removal tool. After following the notes above.
