I went to K-Mart yesterday and was referred to Customer Service for the rebate forms. Since there was a line a mile long there, I asked one of the checkout ladies if she knew where I could get them. She took me over to a little metal desk in front of the checkout counter and opened a drawer where there were several books of these rebate forms. I also got a $2 off of Energizer hearing aid batteries that I had never heard of before. K-Mart had the chrger/battery for $17.95- $10 rebate = $7.95 making it a better deal than Walgreens.
The Walgreens rebate is through their own club where rebates are saved and sent in once a month. It appears that proof of purchase must be included which would preclude the double rebate referred to above.
I also looked at the charger/2 batteries. These batteries were AA but only 1200mah. The ones that came in the Sam's Energizer charge/battery deal were 1700 mah.
The rebate form is for $10 off the charger/battery package and $5 off 2 battery packages. It states that reproductions are void and exp. date is 12/31/03.
