Hello all...
I'm in a position we'd all like - I've got a big chunk of money to spend. I'm wondering if people think it would be worth waiting for any of the newer DDR boards to come out (Based on the AMD 760), or whether I should pick up a KT133A.
(obviously, I'm interested in AMD T-Bird).
The DDR should, in theory, be better - but when will they be generally available? And how stable are they going to be (stable is _very_ important to me).
I have no intention of overclocking.
While I could wait a while to put something together, I'm also itching to build a new system...my existing one is a K6-450. Upgrading to a K7 1GHz or higher is making me twitch
Opinions?
