The problem with most of society is that most people don't think they need to change. They don't see how much better a life they would have if they were in better control over their emotional state.

Hell control over their own behaviors and actions with a little thought alone would do it. We all do some impulse things on occasion but "damn" I say as I shake my head in shame whenever I see someone who lives a life of shit and unhealthiness while making as much or money than I...which isn't nothing beyond a lower middle class income btw.
We all have our rants but a happy life starts with happiness for others.
