Tht's cool, I fall a little farther right and but also libertarian, hence why I like TRUMP - the most Libertarian president since Reagan. You can split hairs over big Libertarians and little L, but it's hard to deny that neoliberals like Hillary or Obama represent anything close to Libertarian like Trump is.

I think that's a key piece. For those "real people", I doubt ever voted Democrat (doubt they voted at all, and am skeptical that they'll vote in the future, although it sounds like because of their own stupidity they've been galvanized into wanting to vote for Turmp next time).

I'm getting the feeling this is just a mixture of maturity phase (where they realize they're an adult now so they actually are taking an interest in politics), mixed with so many of them stuck in arrested development adult baby mode, where it was stupid shit like them being mad about hearing about their video games/movies/etc being racist sexist, so they decided to glomb onto the ones that now are paying them lip service on that (nevermind how easily they could find those people mocking them as pathetic virgins just prior to that, but yes, its the Democrats and liberals that are trying to brainwash them with lies and propaganda this whole time).

As I pointed out, all those featured in videos whose social media history can be traced, have LONG histories of being hard core right wing. Most of those are so far right, they are down the rabbit hole of conspiratard nonsense and have been as far back as their social media history goes (10 years or more).

I have YET to see a single "walk away" video of a person who has a verifiable history of ever being a Democrat in their adult life or ever posting from a left-wing bent or supporting a democrat on social media.

All I see is a LOT of long time, hard core right-wingers making videos claiming to be walking away from something they never were.

I think that guy shows why nobody takes that fake movement seriously. First, it’s a laughable straw man that liberal attitudes towards helping gay people means being hostile to heterosexual people. Who is dumb enough to believe that?

Second, it is extremely, extremely funny to me that his made up anger about liberals being hostile to people based on their sexual orientation made him become an American conservative, a movement that is openly hostile to people based on their sexual orientation.

The problem with this kind of propaganda is that conservative media is so used to duping conservatives that they think everyone else is as dumb as their usual audience.
