Ug, they suck. Didnt one of them love the latest Indiana "Geritol" Jones movie? I thought that was worse than Temple of Doom.

Uhhh, a Mr Hanky movie sounds awesome, maybe that was a bad example.

I won't see it ever because when I first saw a poster I thought it waas Johnny 5, an I was very upset to find out otherwise. Yes, I'm a bitter person like that.

Interesting.

I fought going to see kung-fu panda and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I'm not going to Wall-E unless others go first. Too little time and so much to do this summer.

I thought it looked like that robot from the original NES back in 85.

Considering the early reviews have been pretty much 100% positive (most saying this is by far Pixar's best movie), I either question your taste in movies, or claim that you're making this all up.

the movie is a robot love story that is too drawn out way too much...guess I just expected way too much from Pixar or something...the movie had its moments but a 100% positive is a joke, seriously...

Yeah, you're right. It's only at 97% on Rotten Tomatoes, including quotes such as:

"Wall-E is not only the best movie of the year by galaxy-sized leaps and bounds, it's one of my favorite movies in a long, long time."

"Though perfection in film is a highly unlikely proposition, WALL-E indeed has become 2008's first perfect film and one of the best Pixar projects of all time."

"This is getting to sound like a broken record: Pixar Animation Studios has just topped itself. Again."

So yes, I again question whether you have terrible tastes in movies, or whether you just didn't actually see the movie.

Funny how there's a little anti-buzz with this one, but that 96% RT rating is good enough for me to want to see it.

Just saw it...

Very good, but I wouldn't say it's their BEST movie. Still, I enjoyed it and I think most people will too

I'm with the ones that say it's a Johnny 5 ripoff. I'm sure the story isn't a carbon copy. But c'mon, with all the creative people at Pixar, they couldn't think of any other design?

They made the stupid robot cute and gave him good eyes, etc...

But when they overplay that kind of stuff, they often are attempting to make up for content. The only reason Toy Story ever did so well was because they had a good cast.

Wow.....

I just got back....

that has got to be the boldest movie in some time (not much dialogue in this movie). Just when youthink Pixar has topped out, they have come and out do themselves yet again. Innovative stuff.

It starts out slow, but it redeems itself.

Great Movie...good message.

edit:

I agree though....kids may not like this movie.

Definately not a kids movie! It's like Rat. tested the waters and Wall-E dove in. Wall-E is by far one of the most innovative films of the past decade, leaving many blocks without dialogue, and giving you an emotional attachment that will leaving you reeling by the end.
