I've heard but nothing but good things about Wall-E, normally I skip Pixar movies but I think I'll go see this one.

The wife and I went to go see it today with free passes we got after Indiana Jones paused and burned through the film on opening night. Great movie, we loved it! Even better that it was free, but I totally would have been happy spending full ticket price on it.

Went to see Wall-E at the drive-in theater last night. I liked it. Judging from the kids I could hear in the next car (damn noisy kids), they liked it too.

Kung Fu Panda was playing after Wall-E but we left after the first 10 minutes because it sucked.

I'm still impressed, the lady of the house was a bit on the fence, so it was just me and some friends last night, but I may go see it again just for her! =)

It was ok. Not a bad movie, but the incredible reviews made me expect too much I guess. I personally enjoyed "Wanted" better.

I'm not saying Wall-E sucked. I just wished that I haven't read the incredible reviews for it. Eva is funny when pissed off though (and utterly a friggin war machine when pushed w/ a peaceful magnet).

Great simple storytelling, and a movie that makes you just feel happy at the end.

I took my best "friend" to see it (Her and I both wanted to) and we both loved it. The absence of a lot of dialog in the first half takes a while to get used to, but there is enough humor and what not to keep you laughing the entire way.

We both loved the new Pixar Short also-- (Ventilation duct FTW )

I saw this earlier today. Decent movie but not that great IMO. The short movie with the rabbit was more fun and enjoyable. Kinda fun when humans become so fat and useless with all the robots do everything.

Kung Fu Panda is still the top animated movie of 2008 for me.

I heard a review that was a huge nod to Charlie Chaplin, especially his first "talking" film. I personally got the feeling that they were trying more for artistic gains then making money with a mindless kid's flick with cardboard values.

Great movie...

The short right before the movie with the magician and the rabbit was priceless..

I loved it and thought it was awesome! Incredible graphics and masterful job bringing inanimate objects to life through movement and music, despite lack of verbal communication. I'll definitely be adding this to my collection! It paints a scary picture of a "save the planet" future and even more scary of how fat humans will get in space

And the magician short before the film was the best yet

Oh and my favorite part - the Mac startup "DONG" when WALL-E recharged his solar panels

Lies.

Confirmed. Wall-E was great but not quite as good as Incredible or A Bug's Life. Pixar hasn't let me down yet.

I laughed when I heard that too. Pixar is slowly adding more and more Apple references in their movies.

I wasn't crazy about it. I thought Wall-E was only really great character and by the end I was bored of him saying Wall-EEEEEE. It was good, no doubt, well worth going to see. But I won't go again.

Also my girl friend fell asleep.

I just got back and I really enjoyed it. 5 year old kids may not understand all of the movie, but who's to say a movie has to be a "kids movie" just because it's animated?

Great story-telling. I really liked the fact that there were many scenes without diologue; you got a good sense of how lonely WALL-E was. Eva was cool too.

Worth watching on the big screen and definately worth picking up on Blu-Ray.
